Goal: Launch unified executive- and provider-level productivity dashboards for NYP Medical Groups

Project Update: Dr. Hochman’s capstone project focuses on helping develop and refine unified NYP medical group dashboards as a means to facilitate ongoing provision of the highest quality care at all NYP sites.  In addition to working with Dr. David Vawdrey, Ph.D, and David Alge, MBA, Dr. Hochman teamed up with Michael Parks and his brilliant team, as well as worked with representatives from all NYPMG sites in order to ensure alignment of goals and metrics and maximize visual impact for all viewers.  The resulting productivity dashboards were released this spring, and future dashboards will display quality and access metrics. Dr. Hochman would like to thank David Alge, Dr. David Vawdrey, Michael Parks, and Taroon Amin for their support in this endeavor.
